Courtney is such a special person and from the outset she made us feel so at ease. Being from the UK we had very different expectations for the ceremony and considered it the boring part to get through before the fun began. How wrong we were… the ceremony ended up being THE most special part of the day and also every guests favourite part of the day and that was due to Courtney.
We had such an amazing journey with her in the lead up to the wedding and on the day it really felt like a friend was marrying us. She was so fun and vibrant on the day that almost every guest specifically came up to us to mention her.
It was such a special, personalised ceremony filled with love and tears from everyone and I honestly think our wedding would not have been the same without her.

"Courtney was a dream to work with. I’d followed her for some time on Instagram and when I got engaged, she was the first I messaged. After one video chat with her me and my husband had barely hung up the call before mutually deciding she was the right celebrant for us.
We wanted a relaxed, fun, informal ceremony that told our own love story and allowed us to incorporate aspects that were important to us - like personalised vows.
Courtney not only wrote an incredibly touching ceremony and love story for us, but brought some absolute cracker ideas to us - including flash mob vows to involve our friends and family, and sealing our vows in a box of wine to drink on our first anniversary.
Courtney’s communication was outstanding - and it was so great to have a bottle of sparkling with her and go through our ceremony in person and then again during the rehearsal before the big day so we felt at ease with the process. She was all over everything - making sure my bra straps weren’t showing before walking down the aisle, taking peoples jackets off chairs that were in the aisle before I walked down so that it would be *aesthetic* - and working around our screaming toddler during the ceremony.
Courtney also provided some invaluable resources for us. Her website provides access to vow and ceremony writing material that was incredibly useful, and she gave us great information on timelines, what to expect from official marriage documentation and tips on change of name.
Couldn’t recommend Courtney enough if you’re after a celebrant to celebrate the unique journey of love between you and your partner."
